Uses

Bosmon Tablet (Bosentan) is used to treat pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the arteries of the lungs). It works by relaxing the blood vessels in the lungs to allow blood to flow more easily.

Side Effects

Side effects can include headache, flushing, and abnormal liver function tests.

Caution

Regular liver function tests are essential while on this medication. Not for use in pregnancy.
